What info do I need when I call?

Provide your year, make, and model of your vehicle & what kind of service you need. 
If you need a towing service, it’s important that you can provide your pick up and drop off location and if you will need to ride with the driver to the drop off location.

What if my emergency is resolved before a driver arrives?

For all services, full payment is due before the driver is dispatched to your vehicle. There will be a $50 non-refundable cancelation fee if a driver is on the way or arrives and you have not made us aware of your desire to cancel the service.

In the event that your emergency is resolved before the driver arrives, please call as soon as possible to cancel, this allows us to serve other people in need of help.

Do I have to be with the vehicle?

No, you do not need to be with the vehicle if you leave the keys with the car and let us know where you will be leaving the key.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Cash-App. We do not accept personal checks or cash. Full payment is due before the driver is dispatched to your vehicle.

Can you bill me or my insurance company?

All invoices are due at the time of service. Currently, we do not bill insurance companies. You must pay for the service upfront, though we are happy to send you a receipt of payment to either your phone or email for you to submit the paid invoice to your insurance company.

Can I ride with the tow truck driver to my drop off location?

We recommend getting your own ride, but depending on which truck is dispactched, there may be room for 1-2 passangers. Please inform us beforehand if there are any passangers that need to ride along.

Can I schedule a towing service appointment for a future date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can schedule that with no problem. We will call you before heading enroute to pick up your vehicle to confirm you still need the service and take payment.

We are able to tow your vehicle to any location within North Carolina, Florida, and surrounding states. Call for a free estimate.
